Introduction to Tai Chi

Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise that combines balance and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.  Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi reduces stress and promotes a variety of other health benefits.  Join us for this free 8-week introductory session instructed by Mike Francoeur.  No experience necessary.
