Primary Care
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT a Walk In Clinic. You must be a registered primary care client to receive primary care services at our centre.
Brock CHC serves residents of Brock Township and surrounding areas. To become a primary care client, drop by one of our sites to complete a client registration form.
We are currently facing an extended wait time for bringing on new patients. You will hear from us as soon as we are able to place you with a health care provider.
Counselling, Community Wellness Programs and Workshops
Counselling (including diabetes education and support), nutrition education, social work, physiotherapy, community outreach programs and workshops are open to everyone and not limited to those registered as clients of the centre.
