Brock CHC Celebrates at its Annual Meeting of Members

Brock Community Health Centre (Brock CHC) was pleased to welcome members, community partners, staff and guests to our Annual Meeting of Members on June 25, 2026, where we reflected on another year of growth, collaboration and commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our community.

The meeting provided an opportunity to celebrate the many accomplishments of the past year, including the completion of our new health centre in Cannington.  Bringing our services together under one roof has enhanced access to care, strengthened collaboration among our teams, and created a welcoming space where individuals and families can access a broad range of health and community services.

Attendees heard highlights from the 2025–2026 Annual Report, celebrated the dedication of Brock CHC’s staff, Board of Directors and community partners, and welcomed four new Directors to the Board.  The meeting was followed with an engaging talk with Brian Jones, who shared his personal stories about the aging process with his bucket list adventures.

Brock CHC would like to thank everyone who attended the Annual Meeting and everyone who continues to support our mission of providing accessible, equitable, and high-quality primary health care and community programs.
