Community-led Tai Chi Practice Sessions

Tai Chi is a slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation, balance and health. Join these ongoing free practice sessions on Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 1:30 - 3:00 pm at the Beaverton Town Hall. No experience necessary.
