Falls Prevention (Sunderland)

Beginning January 12, 2015
Falls Prevention is a series of strengthening and balance programs that aim to increase muscle strength and body tone which helps to prevent falls due to an increase in our stability. This 12-week program meets twice weekly and is facilitated by a physiotherapist. All classes are free. Space is limited. Please call 705-432-3322 to register.
