Each year, we conduct a Primary Care Patient Experience Survey to better understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. Some of the responses are required through the Alliance for Healthier Communities, while others are added by our team to reflect the unique needs of our community.
We’re pleased to share that overall, responses continue to be very favourable. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to provide thoughtful feedback. It truly makes a difference.
Your input directly informs our Quality Improvement Plan. This includes ongoing efforts to:
• Reduce wait times for patients who are feeling unwell
• Recruit additional primary care providers (dependent on Ministry of Health funding)
• Improve exterior accessibility at our new Cannington location
