Develop breathing techniques while improving balance, strength and flexibility through various postures. Ages 8-18. Bring a hat, water bottle and towel. Drop in or register. High school students are welcome to volunteer to earn community hours.
Mondays, July 6 - August 24 from 1-2 pm at the Sunderland Park
Wednesdays, July 8 - August 26 from 1-2 pm at the Beaverton Park
Fridays, July 10 - August 28 from 1-2 pm at the Cannington Park
