Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi reduces stress and promotes a variety of health benefits. Join us for these free ongoing community-led practice sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:30 - 3:00 pm at the Beaverton Town Hall. No experience necessary.
