Move, Groove and Improve is a NEW program being developed for people with mild to moderate mobility challenges and/or memory issues, coordinated by Alzheimer Society, Brock Community Health Centre, March of Dimes, MS Society, Parkinson Canada and Victoria Order of Nurses. Care partners, families and friends are welcome. Join us on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 10 am – noon at St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Beaverton (383 Osborne Street) for an OPEN HOUSE where the proposed program will be showcased and feedback from community organizations, clients and potential participants will be encouraged.
