Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi reduces stress and promotes a variety of health benefits. Join us for this free 10-week introductory program on Fridays from 1:30 - 3:00 pm at the Beaverton Legion. No experience necessary.
