The Community Exercise Program is a combination of strength and mobility training for maintenance and prevention of osteoporosis. Exercises are done mostly from a seated position. This 48-week program runs twice weekly and is facilitated by an exercise instructor. All classes are free. Space is limited. Please call 705-432-3322 to register.
