Brock Community Health Centre welcomes and values volunteers.

A variety of positions (e.g., outreach, program support, office support, Board members and Board committee members, etc.) are available to complement our programs and services.

If you are interested in being a volunteer, please call our Health Promoter, Loretta Fernandes-Heaslip, at 705-432-3322, or drop by our administration office at 720 Simcoe Street, Beaverton (west side of Holy Family Catholic School).

Become a Member of Brock Community Health Centre

As a non-profit organization, Brock Community Health Centre (Brock CHC) is governed by its membership.  Members have full voting rights at General Membership Meetings and at the Annual General Meeting.  Members will receive regular communications about the Centre and have many opportunities to contribute to the health services being developed for the residents of Brock Township. Members are eligible for nomination and election to the Brock CHC Board of Directors if they choose.

If you are interested in being a member of Brock CHC, please complete the Brock CHC Membership Application Form and submit it to the address on the form.  Members must be 18 years of age or older, reside or work in Brock Township, or receive care from Brock Community Health Centre.
