Yoga combines physical exercise, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.  General health benefits include improved balance, flexibility, muscle strength and strategies to manage symptoms of chronic conditions.  This class is suitable for all levels of practice and offers hands on adjustments and modifications to each asana (pose).  To register, contact Loretta at 705.432.3322, ext. 106 or [email protected].
