Community Based Exercise

Tuesdays and Fridays
The Community Exercise Program is a combination of strengthening and mobility training for maintenance and prevention of Osteoporosis. Exercises are done mostly from a seated position. This program runs twice weekly and is facilitated by an exercise instructor. All classes are free.
