Tai Chi Practice Sessions (Community-Led)

Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that combines balance and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi reduces stress and promotes a variety of health benefits. Join us for these free ongoing community-led practice sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Beaverton. No experience necessary.
