Community Based Exercise - Higher Intensity

Tuesdays and Fridays
The Community Based Exercise Program - Higher Intensity incorporate a faster rate of music, heavier weights, and stretching and core body work on floor mats. This ongoing program runs twice weekly and is facilitated by an exercise instructor. All classes are free.
