Comprehensive Professional Care
The Primary Health Care Program (PCHP) consists of a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners and other allied health professionals who work in collaboration with other programs offered by Brock CHC. Services include: preventative health care; treatment of chronic and episodic illnesses; mental health and addictions counselling and referrals; and access to phlebotomy and ECG services.
The PHCP began operation in 2009.
The PHCP accepts all individuals interested in acquiring a new family health care provider. Urgent same day appointments may be accommodated.
